Incident Types

An incident can relate to any occurrence that the organisers feel should be noted and not be exclusive to first aid or health incidences. For example, it could include behaviour or social issues.

Create an incident record live in the field or during a session for any member or event participant

Each incident record is time stamped on creation as well as allows the input of the date of the incident, the nature of the incident and the action taken.

Facilitators can be confident that they have captured all the incident detail required for what has occurred, the parties involved and the initial action taken

Incident Records

All incident records for a community or event can be viewed in the one area to support assessment and update

A record will remain on the member's record for future reference and can be viewed live by parents during an event.

Facilitators can be confident that they have the tools to review all incidents that occur during a meeting or event and make any necessary decisions to mitigate these occurring again.
