Medication Administration

Medication often needs to be centralised at Youth Events and is increasingly demanding. Tangles Events provides the support needed to manage this safely before, during and after an event.

Health Information

Tangles Events allows facilitators to create event forms which capture health and medical information of participants before an event starts.

Health records are stored in a single place and can be viewed at participant, event and community level live in the field

Details stored include the name of the health condition, any medicines, and the dose and frequency.

Facilitators can be confident that they have the most up to date health information to hand about each member or event participant and can provide the care required.

Medical records

During an event, system reporting flags which participants need medication on a set day and whether it has already been administered

Facilitators can record each medicine administered live in the field

The system records and time stamps the medicine administered and by whom. Parents can also view medication records live during an event.

Regular medication is pre-populated from the participants' existing profile record to avoid inputting multiple entries repeatedly.

Facilitators can be confident that they can manage the medical needs of the group on a daily basis for the duration of the event.
