Tangles Events allows facilitiators to create event forms which can include details to collect medical information from participants before an event starts. These details are recorded in a single area in the system to facilitate reporting and populate member records. Details stored include the name of the medicine, reason for medicine, dose and frequency.

During an event, system reporting flags which participants need medication on a set day and whether it has already been administered. Regular medication is pre-populated from the participants existing profile record to avoid inputting multiple entries repeatedly.

The system records and time stamps the medicine administered and by whom. Parents can also view medication records live during an event.
