In Tangles Events:

1. Navigate to the Tangle community that you wish to use and select the 'Directories' option from the right hand menu
2. From the directories page, add a new directory to the community, selecting the type 'WordPress'
3. Copy the public key for this community directory

In WordPress:

1. Install and activate the Tangles Events plugin through the WordPress plugins screen

2. To add a widget:
   1. In the Widgets area, add a Tangles Events widget and enter the public key into the widget public key panel
   2. Optionally select compact mode (without images etc)
3. To add a block in a page or post block editor, insert a new block and select the Tangles Event block from the block menu
   1. Enter the public key into the block public key panel

To add events to the WordPress view:

1. In Tangles Events, navigate to your linked community's events that you wish to show on your WordPress site
   1. You can only show current or upcoming events
2. For each event you wish to publish
   1. From the right hand panel of the event page, select 'Directories'
   2. Add a new entry corresponding to your chosen WordPress site
