Personal information collected with your consent may be used to provide any service requested by you, or in replying to an enquiry made by you, and for the purpose of direct marketing by Tintabee. All information collected must be shared or provided by the user. Specific youth privacy controls allow parental control over the sharing of personal information and the default sharing setting is not to share.

• Name and contact details: Where you interact with a community that requires your contact details to operate its membership. This information is shared only with the communities that you specify
• Health information: Where you interact with a community that requires your health information in order to manage its events safely. This information is shared only with the communities that you specify
• Profile image: Users of the chat system and participants in events are required to provide a profile image that identifies themselves. This is shared with the communcities tat you interat with and participants in their events.
• Precise location: Participants in events that use the mapping and location service may share their precise location with event organisers and other event participants only while the event is in priogress. Users must opt in to share data with specific communities.

Data handling

All data transmitted between devices connected to the system is encrypted. Data stored by the service is encrypted.

Your right to opt-out

Under GDPR , all individuals have the right to ‘opt out’ of unsolicited direct marketing campaigns. If you previously gave consent for your personal information to be used for unsolicited direct marketing and wish to opt-out later, or wish to have your personal data erased, you can inform us by emailing us on support@tintabee.com. Data submitted to tanglesevents.com will then not be used for any kind of direct marketing.

Sharing Information

The personal information you provide to us will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which the information was collected as required by law. We do not share personal information with third parties except as required by law or other legal processes. We never sell your personal information.
